These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, events, programs, products, and offers provided by National Beauty Group (“NBG”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By booking, purchasing, or engaging with any of our services, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms in full.

NBG offers various services including (but not limited to):
- Exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities at live events and shows
- Advertising in National Beauty Magazine and online channels
- Product placement in The Beauty Bag and other promotional drops
- Accreditation and trust register listings for training providers and businesses

3. Payments
- All payments are due in full at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any instalment arrangements must be agreed in advance and paid according to the specified schedule.
- Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking or access to services without refund.

4. No Refund Policy
- All payments to NBG are non-refundable, including but not limited to event bookings, magazine features, product placements, accreditation fees, and register listings.
- In the event of date changes, rescheduling, or force majeure (including but not limited to venue issues, local disruptions, or public safety concerns), credits may be offered toward future events or services, at NBG’s discretion.
- You acknowledge and agree that by reserving a space or service, resources and costs are immediately committed by NBG, and therefore refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

5. Transfers and Credits
- Where appropriate, NBG may offer to transfer your booking or payment credit to a future event or service if you are unable to attend or participate in the originally scheduled service.
- Any credits or transfers must be used within 12 months unless otherwise stated.

6. Changes and Cancellations
- NBG reserves the right to change dates, venues, schedules, speakers, content, or service details at its discretion.
- Clients will be notified of significant changes as early as possible.

7. Marketing and Promotion
By engaging with NBG services, you grant permission for your business name, logo, images, and testimonials to be used in marketing, promotional materials, and social media.

8. Liability
- NBG will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or losses, including loss of business, revenue, or goodwill.
- Attendance or participation in any event or service is at your own risk.

All content provided by NBG, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and event materials, remains the intellectual property of NBG and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
